I am currently creating a tabletop Rolepaying Game based on the TRON setting and on the D20 ruleset, titled Processors and Programs; it is marketed just as much towards the TRON community as it is toward the Pathfinder community, but sadly I am having difficulty on other websites with building any interest or publicity, and thus I do not have any playtesters or content writers.
I am hoping that I will be able to pick up more potential playtesters and writers on this forum, and would very much appreciate any and all feedback, assistance and publicity. My user would also very like to receive communications via Skype, Email and Private Messages; you can look on my profile for his contact information.
I'm not an experienced D&D player, but I have a few games under my belt. What I do have, is a pretty vast knowledge of the world of TRON, and its many intricacies, as well as Graphic Design experience to help lend credence to the project, if it's needed.

That's a sweet logo! Thanks for volunteering to help (if you have a Skype username, then I can add you to the P&P groupchat).
On the Paizo thread, I expressed my concerns regarding things like types of weapons (aside from be obvious, like Discs, Meshes and Batons) and class names, and also some kind of stand-in for magic.
Well, for weapons there are most certainly the obvious, like you stated. There are also the weapons in TRON 2.0: things such as Light Cannons, and Light Grenades.
More specifically, you could utilize the Rod system from TRON 2.0 to generate different types of weapons as needed. The Suffusion Rod, a weapon very similar to a shotgun. The LOL Rifle, the computer counterpart to a sniper. Rod Rifles, heavy cannons. And replace the "ammunition" trait you would commonly find on Crossbows and such, with an Energy trait for ammunition.
The magic conundrum requires a bit more thought.

I am considering the Rods in 2.0 and the Batons in Legacy to be the same thing, and 2.0 is also where I got Meshes and Primitives from.
The types of weapons I am thinking of though; not only would there be melee weapons (like Discs, Butons/Rods, and unarmed combat), but there would also be ranged weapons (like discs and Meshes, as well as the infamous Ball primitives)
However, Pathfinder has a wide variety of weapons that I do not know would have counterparts in the digital world; Bows and arrows, crossbows, slings, battleaxes, rapiers for stabbing, longswords for cutting, warhammers for smashing things, improvised weapons like crowbars, and so on. Then of course, there are armor and shields.
The Identity Disc is the easiest weapon to make as far as gameplay goes, since you could just use the stats for he Chakram in Pathfinder.
Well, one thing to keep in mind is you're working in a completely different world that may not be as fleshed out. You may have to put a few weapon options aside, and forego having counterparts for all of them.

For the Baton, which is intended be used as a tool used for rezzing other things and not to be used as a weapon in it's own right, would count as a club; 1d4 Bludgeoning Damage (Lethal or Non-Lethal) and only Crits on a Nat 20 - The Baton's stun function (identical to a Rod Primitive) would require a Fortitude Save against a program's Touch AC. It would also have a limited number of charges, which would need to be replenished; those charges are also used to Rez vehicles and other tools/weapons.
The Identity Disc would function as a Chakram. Without the proper weapon proficiency, it won't return after thrown, and when you hold it barehanded you need to make a reflex save or you'll cut yourself. It can be upgraded with Primitives, and when you wear a Disc Bracer it can be mounted on your arm for use as an improvised shield.
The Light Sword that Quorra used near the end of Legacy would use the stats of a Longsword (1d8 Slashing Damage, Crit-range of 19-20), doing either Slashing or Piercing damage.

That's a SUPER solid start on weapons, I would think. The world is limited on weapons itself, so maybe keeping the count down would even cause battles, and duels to be more specialized than they might have been otherwise.

Definitely really solid. I don't think it's honestly necessary to flood The Grid with more than that. Weapons can always be "discovered" in later versions of the game, as well.
